Persons must reside within Australia. HOW TO ENTER To enter the promotion, entrant needs to enter the required details into the registration form for an account with Teva Australia, then accept the terms and conditions of entry and submit entry into the draw. By entering the competition, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY One entry allowed per person (identified by email). Multiple entries per household are allowed. Persons wishing to enter must comply with condition 1.1. DURATION The competition commences at the time specified in Condition 1.2 on the date specified in Condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time specified in Condition 1.4 on the date specified in Condition 1.5. SELECTION OF WINNER There will be three (3) winners drawn from the total entrant database at the time specified in condition 1.6 on the date specified in condition 1.7, and will be conducted at the location specified in condition 1.8. The first three valid entries as per condition 1.1 drawn at random will win a prize. The ‘Win 1 of 3 Teva Adventure Prize Packs’ competition is a game of chance. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a.) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (b.) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; (c.) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (d.) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (e.) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (f.) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under either Promoter’s control); (g.) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. WINNER NOTIFICATION, PUBLICATION AND REDRAW The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours after the draw. The winners will be contacted via the email address which was entered into the competition. Despite the Promoter’s best efforts to contact the prize winners or deliver a prize, if a prize remains unclaimed by 30th July 2026 then, subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draw on that date to distribute the unclaimed prize. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email 48 hours after the draw. The winners name will be published on our website at  https://au.teva.com/. PRIZE There are (3) three prizes to give away, each to the value of $488 AUD each. The total combined prize value is $1,468 RRP AUD. There will be three (3) major prizes valued at $488 RRP* AUD. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws. DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY To the extent permitted at law, the Company and its related entities, officers, employees, contractors and agents disclaim any liability of any kind (including in contract, tort and breach of statutory duty) for loss, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise that you may suffer yourself or cause to other persons or property as a result of any activities related to the prize that you undertake or commence, whether inspired by the Promoter or its related entities, officers, employees, contractors and agents, or otherwise. The prize winners and his/her guests acknowledge their personal responsibility and knowingly and willingly assume the risks of associated with any activities related to the prize. The Promoter does not condone or encourage in any way the consumption of alcohol or use of illicit narcotics. The prize winners and his/her guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its related entities and officers for any and all claims, demands, suits, loss, damage, injury, and liability, including costs, expenses, and reasonable solicitors fees arising from, or in any way connected with, the prize. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
